I've been lifting weights since I was 13 years old. It's a big part my life and my routine. So, I show you how I do my lifting work out. However, this lifting routine gets sexy very quickly. I lift a little and slowly I start to get naked. I find myself sweating a little too much after each set. So, I keep removing my clothing. I start off the work out in a thong already.
